Yes! Almost all mammals will stop labor until they feel safe. Our hormones are an amazing and wonderful thing, unfortunately, every fear we pick up on labor will cause our hormones to change. We are constantly forced to go against our instincts in medicalized birth! Go INA…
I agree with that 100% It is very important to choose well in who you want present at your birth… fear is contagious sometimes. Everybody’s energy effects the birthing woman and I can relate to going off in a tent or something alone to give birth with no external distractions and get the job done.
